Today at 0645 AM (CET) we were alarmed that the primary DB was not responding anymore. Our team started to look into the issue and discovered the loss of the server process and recovered the server. Since 0730 AM (CET) all systems are back to normal.
Thanks to the working cluster configuration there was no impact to our customers or the service health in total.
We will monitor the system closely to better understand what caused the outage.
