We were notified by our Support Service Provider, that the infrastructure operating our Support Service will be upgraded on July 17th. We were informed that on this day some delays or short outages might occur.
Please note this and probably try to schedule support requests accordingly. However, in urgent cases, we will always be available under the well known email support@trustsource.io, which will not be impacted from this upgrade. It may not generate a ticket number, but we will monitor incoming mails closely.
This upgrade may impact the online-help, the support ticket service and our knowledge base.
